(Games, practices, on-court support)

Overview

This role supports team practices, coaches games, and fills in for training sessions when needed. We are looking for coaches who can lead, communicate clearly with kids, and maintain structure in a competitive but positive environment.

Responsibilities

• Coach games and assist with in-game adjustments

• Assist with and occasionally run practices

• Support player development aligned with our pro-style standards

• Step in for training sessions when needed

• Uphold culture, discipline, and professionalism

Requirements

• Basketball playing and/or coaching experience

• Excellent with kids (communication, patience, leadership)

• Reliable, punctual, and prepared

• Comfortable teaching fundamentals and game concepts

Program Operations Coordinator

(Administrative & organizational support)

Overview

This role keeps the engine running. The Program Operations Coordinator handles scheduling, communication, and organization so coaches can stay focused on development and performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling, calendars, and confirmations

• Handle parent and client communications

• Assist with registrations, payments, and internal tracking

• Organize rosters, forms, and program documentation

• Support camps, clinics, and travel team logistics

Requirements

• Highly organized and detail-oriented

• Comfortable managing multiple moving parts

Digital Marketing & Growth Strategist

(Ads, lead generation, brand growth)

Overview

This role is responsible for expanding reach, generating leads, and converting interest into enrollment. We’re looking for someone who understands performance-based marketing — not just posting.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns

• Create and optimize funnels for training programs and digital products

• Grow brand visibility across platforms

• Engage with potential clients via DMs and inquiries

• Track performance metrics and conversions

Social Media & Community Manager

(Content, engagement, brand voice)

This role manages day-to-day social presence and community engagement while maintaining a consistent brand voice.

Responsibilities

• Assist with captions, stories, and announcements

• Support promotion of camps, teams, and programs

Media & Content Producer

(Videography & photography)

Overview

This role captures the culture, energy, and development of our program through professional video and photography.

Responsibilities

• Film practices, games, and events

• Capture high-quality photography for marketing use

• Edit short-form content for social media

• Deliver organized, timely media assets

Requirements

• Sports videography and/or photography experience

• Ability to work in fast-paced gym environments

• Strong eye for storytelling

Compensation & Structure
